Currently, we only accept returns for defective products, specifically for our standard-sized tables. Please note that custom-sized tables are not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, customers must email us and include a video and explanation of the defect as observed during unpacking. Additionally, the customer will be responsible for covering the transportation fee associated with the return. This process ensures that we can accurately assess the defect and process your refund promptly. Thank you for your understanding!

Replacement Policy
To initiate the replacement of a damaged product, we kindly ask that you send us an email detailing your request. Along with your email, please include a video recording of the unpacking process for the product in question. This documentation is essential for us to efficiently process your replacement request. Thank you for your cooperation, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. To replace the damaged product, we will require you to write us an email with a video recording of unpacking the product so that we can initiate the replacement procedures.
